Purpose[edit]

I have created this article as a separate page within the Stonyhurst College series to bring together the different charities of the school and to enable further elaboration upon them. The Stonyhurst College article is long enough, and so it seems better to mention the charities, which hold an important place within the school, and to their beneficiaries, in a separate place.
