Rewrite or new page[edit]

With the replacement of Challenge by La Vuelta by 2023 La Vuelta Femenina in 2023 - do we rewrite this page as a continuation of the event, or create a new La Vuelta Femenina page? Unipublic/ASO seem to be stating that it's a new event - albeit an evolution of the Challenge. It's certainly not quite the same as replacing La Course by Le Tour de France with Tour de France Femmes, two very different events.
