I know this page has already been deleted in the past, but, based on it having been reused already, I think there's some sort of need to place something less specific in this spot. Rather than having it be used repeatedly to refer to one specific Central Avenue or another, we're probably better off with a disambiguation, at least to those places that other entries are trying to link to.
