Departure[edit]

Shouldn't someone update the article to include how she left the show? I understand, from commentary in a subsequent episode, that she lied to a judge and was disbarred. Anber (talk) 02:06, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I thought she was fired after she turned up in court drunk and had to be breathalysed by Benson Rincewind32 (talk) 13:01, 14 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

-Sorry, wrong ADA. I meant Sonya Paxton Rincewind32 (talk) 13:11, 14 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Verify[edit]

Article states:

In later episodes Novak has her hair dyed blond at the suggestion of detectives Benson and Stabler to remind them of former A.D.A., Alexandra Cabot. Novak agrees in an attempt to properly fit in with the rest of the SVU crew.

Could someone cite the episode in which this allegedly happens? The whole idea sounds rather unlikely... -70.251.94.47 (talk) 22:08, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Me thinks that also goes under the BS heading. Removed. -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 22:17, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Third Opinion[edit]

Someone keeps deleting extra information and calling it vandalism!... Someone with good sense interven please. 194.38.128.26 (talk) 18:05, 18 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. The information is deleted by no valid reason. Who's to say it's pointless? It's part of her experience and was as relevant as an information in an episode as the mention to her father. Dgarq (talk) 19:10, 18 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

InfoBox picture[edit]

I have changed the infobox picture for Casey Novak. This is from the 18th episode of the 9th season. This hopefully temporary, because I will be yet changing the picture in early-mid May this year...I'll be changing it to an image of her when she appears in the 22nd episode of the 12th season, so we are up to date. This was my first time uploading a picture to Wikipedia, so if there is any questions or anything you would like to say to me, please do! :) -- MelbourneStar☆ (talk) 10:10, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Censured Vs. Disbarrment[edit]

Although it is confirmed by ADA Kim Greylek (Season 10 episode 2) that Novak was Disbarred, In Season 12 episode 21 "Reparartions" Novak was infact simply censured rather than disbarred.

Minor adjustment[edit]

If carver appeared in 111 episodes and Novak in 109 episodes, the it be two episodes that carver has appeared more then novak? why is it three? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Antjenkins3 (talkcontribs) 05:14, 9 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

New Hairstyle.[edit]

In the season 13 episode "Valentine's Day", Casey was seen sporting a new style. Can someone put that as the image on the page? The current one is a year old. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.92.202.34 (talk) 18:50, 23 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Minor updating possible on tenure[edit]

The introduction states that she is the second-longest serving ADA in the entire franchise. Is this still accurate? I thought Barba (Raul Esparza) was in more episodes than her and recently became the longest serving ADA on SVU <ref> http://ew.com/tv/law-order-svu-adas/4-rafael-barba-ral-esparza-seasons-14-19 >/ref>, wouldn't she then be the third-longest serving ADA? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.84.248.43 (talk) 03:59, 11 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Wouldn't Jack McCoy be the longest serving ADA? 73.140.36.221 (talk) 01:37, 30 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Technically, no; McCoy was the EADA (Executive Assistant District Attorney) for most of his tenure on the show. For the final two seasons, he was District Attorney, a role which he carried into SVU, which also raises a continuity issue since for a number of seasons after the original L&O ended, SVU kept citing "the new DA," but McCoy was DA in SVU Season 19 when Barba resigned.
