The "Rebel Arch" on Fort St, Victoria[edit]

this is in BC Archives and is PD. This arch was avoided on Lord Carnarvon's state tour/visit to Victoria...or was it Lord Dufferin's visit? Maybe the latter; that's in various accounts out there, don't have more just now, just knew about the arch.Skookum1 (talk) 09:43, 3 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
