Contested deletion[edit]
This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... It's part of the NHS project. What is it promoting? Listening to patients. The organisation receives significant amounts of public money. It may appear promotional, but that is because there doesn't appear to be any negative coverage. --Rathfelder (talk) 08:10, 15 June 2015 (UTC)
