This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... it details an information site and includes a balanced set of content from what i can see.
It's not 'unambigously' promotional as it also details controversy that is inherently non-promotional. --38.113.188.67 (talk) 03:33, 7 November 2016 (UTC)
