Shoney's[edit]

The article mentions Shoney's several times, but never comes right out and makes a connection like "Shoney's owned Captain D's" or anything like that. Either a reason for including information about Shoney's should be included, or the references to it should be removed.72.197.227.204 (talk) 02:27, 29 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

How about this article from 1995 which explicitly said Shoney's is NOT selling its Captain D's chain?

Captain D's ad campaign[edit]

Captain D's is running an ad campaign about theories of who Captain D really was. However, Captain D's transient ad campaigns are not notable. Not to mention silly. -- Doctorx0079 (talk) 03:34, 31 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Recent edits[edit]

Recent edits have added content that is very much a close paraphrasing of a copyrighted source http://www.captainds.com/our-story/our-history/ (see Copyvio tool). Even though the tool gives a 26.5% results, a close look at the content in common is troubling. The added content should instead be put into the editor's own words.
