Commando or comando?[edit]

The English form is "commando" and that is what AWB is using. Is "Comando" here the American or Italian version? I accidentally changed two to "commando" with AWB, which I will remove from the AWB spell checker if "comando" is the US version. Snowman 13:40, 30 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nope, just following the exact title of the source, which is spelled "Comando." FWIW Bzuk 14:09, 30 September 2007 (UTC).[reply]
Yap, Italian correct word is comando with one "m". --Attilios 14:12, 30 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I guess that the English equivalent of "Comando Supremo" is "Air Marshall". Is that correct? Actually, I have sometimes had to use a web-based Italian-to-English translator on some of the Italian aeroplane pages on the en wiki. Snowman 14:33, 30 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No, it's Supreme command or 'higher command'.--Stefanomencarelli 23:31, 30 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
