Update?[edit]

Does this article require updating? It suggests that the land for the project had not yet been secured, which gives the impression this article may have been written prematurely. Sionk (talk) 22:22, 27 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Sign gag[edit]

March 2007

This early 2007 image illustrates that the sign was there at least a full year earlier than the oldest picture on the article. The sign looks new in the picture but a letter is already missing, alas it was already over a year old. At least in 2017 if the sign still remains for the next three year update, it will be 10 years old. Doubtful, the new CCCC Miami project is not as flimsy. The sign is at least summer 2007 old. That's when a crane was put on site, it was already excavated, and looked like it was about to go U/C. The sign will be 10 as early as late this or early next year. B137 (talk) 18:35, 23 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

August 2015
February 2016

And here is an image from 2015 of the other sign at the northeast corner of the site. The CCCC sign exists at both corners. B137 (talk) 04:27, 16 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

October 2016

To continue the sign gag, here is a 2016 image, 9 years after the 2007 pic that is too far away. The south sign is covered by a new fence wrap and the CCCC sign is gone, but the north sign is still there as well as the CCCC sign. B137 (talk) 03:27, 12 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
