The ex-Philips, Autumn, has been referred to as Canadian royalty, so she should be on the list, even if not in the House of Windsor proper, but through a descendant. Both Phillips are in the line of succession to the Throne of Canada de-jure and the most senior Canadians (born Canadian by stint of mother being Canadian) on that line.
