Opening heading[edit]

I should point out this is the Canadian English-language Scrabble championship, there's a French language one that gets together about 500 people. Mglovesfun 00:13, 3 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Page moved to Canadian National Scrabble Championship. Everyone agreed to add national, and consensus was to follow WP:ALLCAPS. Vegaswikian (talk) 06:23, 17 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Canadian Scrabble ChampionshipCanadian National SCRABBLE Championship – Since 2005, the event is formally known by this name, and prior "Canadian Scrabble Championship" events are referred to by this name in retrospect. Ideally, both names should redirect to this page. [1] Barbicels (talk) 17:46, 10 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Comment- Per WP:ALLCAPS (unnumbered 5th point): Reduce all-caps found in trademarks, thus Scrabble, and therefore → Canadian National Scrabble Championship, which I would support, even without further comment. Dru of Id (talk) 01:50, 11 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Support move with proper capitalisation, i.e. "Canadian National Scrabble Championship". 86.28.121.200 (talk) 17:57, 11 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
