Insufficiently paraphrased text removed 27-APR-2018

In my last edit to this article I removed text which was insufficiently paraphrased from the source material, and in the edit summary field, I listed the URL's for the sources. I neglected to state that the second URL is a 298 page PDF ebook. I should have mentioned that, to let editors know what they would be opening, and I apologize for this. For those editors looking to confirm the text, the page numbers of the PDF with the removed passages are pages 68 and 69 of the document, which is pages 77 and 78 of the PDF reader itself. Looking through the ebook you will find much from the Call Center article which is present there, up to and including the same pictures. This begins on page 65 (reader page 74). While the ebook was published with content obtained under a Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike License, the ebook itself contains a copyright notice (reader page 5) stating that the rights were acquired for the ebook from the original print publisher, Larsen and Keller Education. According to the open license informational page, the Share Alike license is not allowed for reproduction on Wikipedia, which is why I removed the text. If this was incorrect, please let me know. Thank you!
