Legislative history of 597t[edit]

It would be interesting to find out who introduced this as a bill and what interests they were beholden to. It seems that the conduct referred to was placed under the purview of criminal law specifically to prevent civil actions. 208.127.133.159 (talk) 16:40, 4 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
