Untitled[edit]

I made a few edits talking about what the Act does. I used info from the actual document as well as a few legal sources. I also added a Criticism section describing a proposal by the California Performance Review to make changes to the act, as well as a See Also section, with more information about Administrative Procedure Acts. Act[edit]

AB 1111 of 1979, Chapter 567 of the Statutes of 1979, codified sections 11340 to 11346.5 in 8 articles in chapter 3.5 in division 3 of title 2 of the Govt Code. (Phew.) However, Govt Code section 11370 is the section that names chapter 3.5, 4, 4.5, and 5 as the "California Administrative Procedure Act". This section was not part of AB 1111 of 1979, so a history section is needed citing AB 1111 of 1979 and all the consecutive bills that made major changes to what constitutes the "California Administrative Procedure Act".
