What does it do, and what are the competing packages[edit]

The article doesn't explain in a way I can understand.

Is it for generating bibliographies? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikip rhyre (talkcontribs) 23:01, 21 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

license[edit]

I can't tell the license from the webpage and the article doesn't particularly sound like it is Free Software (“over 20,000 licences have been issued by UNESCO and a worldwide network of distributors”, “free for non-commercial purposes” → not free to use for any purpose. That sounds like some sort of freeware or something, not free software.). From that I'm assuming that it is not free software and I removed it from the category:open source database management systems. Hopefully somebody can clarify that and eventually put it back in that category..--Wondigoma (talk) 12:35, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
