How can an individual download the cds/isis software free of cost from the net and what excatly is the link to it. I badly need the software for my immediate work, but am unable to download the same, though there are sites that declare to have it but I seem not able to get it. can someone please help??? The article doesn't explain in a way I can understand.

I can't tell the license from the webpage and the article doesn't particularly sound like it is Free Software (“over 20,000 licences have been issued by UNESCO and a worldwide network of distributors”, “free for non-commercial purposes” → not free to use for any purpose. That sounds like some sort of freeware or something, not free software.). From that I'm assuming that it is not free software and I removed it from the category:open source database management systems.
