IPA pronunciation[edit]

I'm not a speaker of portuguese, but [sɛw] doesn't seem right to me. Although I'm by no means an expert in IPA, I've never seen /w/ without a vowel following it.

I was looking through the wiki article on portugese phonology and it even lists céu as an example. It says there that the vowel is a diphthong--so céu would actually be [sɛu]. "Céu"/"CéU" redirect[edit]

Right now, "Céu" redirects to "CéU" -- but the page itself identifies the artist as "Céu" throughout. Should the main page be moved, and the redirect point in the other direction? As far as I know, the artist uses the spelling with the lower-case "u" -- the use of upper-case in many early sources seems to have been based on the stylized font on the cover of her first album, but the lower-case otherwise seems more "official." 67.127.53.221 (talk) 19:00, 2 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
