No, it's not, but I didn't find the web page you did and lack of source is. I don't think the web site itself is a reliable source, but I may be able to get to Archipelago or Sulat sa Tansô, thanks for lighting the way. --Nuujinn (talk) 23:42, 17 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
