In Popular Culture[edit]

Truly, the popularity of the "In Popular Culture" sections of virtually every Wikipedia entry shows the general low intelligence of those who take the trouble to add content. Perhaps a short paragraph stating that the name Bromo-Seltzer or the short form "bromo" is often used in tv programs and movies would suffice? These are how I know of the product, having never seen it offered for sale. It really seems odd that this product would get so much notice while the similar Alka-Seltzer is rarely mentioned. I had actually thought that it was a made up product for use in the entertainment industry to avoid having to pay Alka-Seltzer for using their brand name. Bromoseltzer[edit]

When was it discontinued?[edit]

When was this discontinued apparently it had continued to be on the market after the ban of bromine but does anyone know when exactly it was discontinued and is it related to Alka Seltzer in anyway? Qwv (talk) 00:03, 18 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
