Article name[edit]

I believe that, to match standards, the article name should be "Communication and information systems of the British Armed Forces", but am unsure if this article constitutes a list? If it does, the standard format (I think) would be "List of communication and information systems of the British Armed Forces", which is an exceedingly long article name. Any other ideas?
