Per WP:NATURALDIS, I would suggest a more natural title for this article would be simply Jewish brisket.--Pharos (talk) 19:59, 13 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The subject of the article is well-represented by the present title. I oppose the suggested change. Bus stop (talk) 22:22, 13 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
But do the word "dish" and the parentheses really add anything? Surely the shorter form "Jewish brisket" is quite familiar and sufficient, in keeping with the guideline on 'natural' disambiguation in title choice. The dish is not so much something unrelated called "brisket", as a particular cultural form of the generic brisket cut of meat.--Pharos (talk) 18:26, 14 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
This article isn't about "Jewish brisket". There are undoubtedly large groups of Jews who have never even heard of Brisket (Jewish dish). Bus stop (talk) 19:11, 14 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
