You're probably right Oiyarbepsy. I think the title comes from the imdb data. Closer to home NZ On Screen lists 1993 as the release date. I don't know the mechanics of changing the title, but it seems it would be more accurate as "Bread and Roses (1993 film)" with "Bread and Roses (1994 film)" redirecting to it.
