This article cites Borča as having 35,150 citizens. http://www.borca.co.yu/info.htm says there are 80k though. Any idea on who is right and what are the sources here? --dcabrilo 22:01, 7 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

35,150 is the official 2002 census data. 80,000 is a number used by the activists for the separate municipality of Dunavski Venac which should split from the municipality of Palilula and it comprises ALL settlements on the Palilula's territory on the left bank of the Danube (Borca, Ovca, Krnjaca, Kotez, Padinska Skela, etc). This is interesting. And when this new municipality will be formed? PANONIAN (talk) 00:08, 10 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Not as soon as I thought. As it seems, municipal assembly of Palilula didn't officially sent "positive oppinion" to the Belgade City assembly, so the procedure didn't begin yet. At least, as far I know PajaBG 00:39, 15 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
