Title of article[edit]

He was not generally known as Robert Montgomery McDowall. He was usually called Bob McDowall and wrote as R. M. McDowall. I think the title should be changed. To what, I am not sure, but I'm leaning towards Bob McDowall. What do others think? Nurg (talk) 05:20, 3 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Complete agreement. It is a terribly clumsy title. Everyone calls him Bob McDowall so I think that would be best. Of the obituaries (first page of google search, either name variant) Bob is the usual and Robert Montgomery is only used once.
