I agree, why is this page allowed?! How do flag this page as inappropriate? 130.88.117.230 (talk) 09:07, 10 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you join Blyk then you receive paperwork which says that you HAVE signed a contract - see item 2 in the 'Read the rules' documentation. This contradicts the claim in the wikipedia entry.

"Of course you do. Any transaction is a contact, even a free one, as per the legal rights of the customer and the retailer."
"I am on Blyk and have received no such paper work and have signed no contract"

Personal issues, not for Wikipedia[edit]

This and similar lines have been added to this page:

"It is currently suffering major problems with the delivery of MMS brand messages and consequently initial registration with the network, affecting a large number of users. This problem has been ongoing since early July and there has been no offical word from Blyk as to the availability of a solution."

Notwithstanding the lack of any reference, this is not the type of information that should be included in Wikipedia, nor does it meet the NPOV requirement. At the very least, adding it as the first paragraph gives it undue weight, which is another reason it should not be inserted as it was. Can anyone see any reason why this should be put back into the main page? --86.133.252.132 (talk) 08:07, 12 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
