Attention - Scoping[edit]

The article scope is a bit unfocused. It is a list yet talks about many types of places which means it is not a SIA. It almost is a disambig, but includes more information than what a disambig needs and most don't have an article. So basically, what is the function of this article. If it a list of places named Blue Lake in Oregon it should be renamed to be clear it is just a list. Wolfgang8741 says: If not you, then who? (talk) 15:52, 22 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
