See is vacant until installation of Cushley[edit]

Per Canon Law, and not personal opinion, the see of St. Andrews and Edinburgh is vacant until the episcopal consecration and installation of the new archbishop. Cushley is currently a priest, and it is in reality impossible for him to have jurisdiction or power for an office he does not hold. Therefore, I have tagged this article {{crystal}} because I do not wish to edit war. Elizium23 (talk) 17:01, 25 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
