Billy Roche personal details[edit]

I have gone as far as I can go with the information at hand - from my own reviews for the Richmond & Twickenham Times, Theatre Record listings and Michael Billington's valuable assessment.

Could someone also provide some personal details about Billy Roche's parentage, education, etc - and perhaps his wife's maiden name and the date of their marriage? But even without this information is it right to continue to call this considerably upgraded article a stub?

I cannot agree with the assessment that this page is of 'low importance'. Roche has played a valuable role as both playwright and actor in bringing a world focus on contemporary Irish theatre and its teeming talent. I am sure he has many fruitful and productive years ahead that will further enhance his reputation as an entrancing playwright with a gift for the poetic every day language of southern Ireland.
