"... ticklin' the ivories ..."

Not only does this sound unencyclopedic, the entire Biography section has the feel of a magazine piece. It can probably be shown that it was largely lifted verbatim from some publication.—QuicksilverT @ 07:42, 5 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Big Tiny Little Interview 2008-9[edit]

Mary Lou Metzger interviewed Big Tiny Little a year or two before his death as part of the prologue of a black and white Lawrence Welk show featuring Tiny. The show originally aired in 1958 and was shown as one of the hand-picked shows re-broadcast weekly on PBS. That interview is readily available. Tiny Little has a lot to say about his early days, and other aspects of his career that are mentioned in this article, but not elaborated upon.

I suggest someone get access to that interview and use it (and Big Tiny Little's own input) to strengthen and expand upon this article.

Christms albums[edit]

Based on the list of tracks, it looks to me like the 1995 album "Ragtime christmas" (see http://music.yahoo.com/big-tiny-little/albums/ragtime-christmas--22006) is a reissue of a subset of the 1961 "Christmas With "Big" Tiny Little" album (see http://www.discogs.com/Big-Tiny-Little-Christmas-With-Big-Tiny-Little/release/1899956). I haven't found a reliable source to confirm or refute this conjecture. Is anyone out there interested enough to track down reliable information and, if found, update the discography accordingly? If the 1995 album is, as I suspect, just a reissue of tracks from the 1961 album, then I think just a note in the entry for the 1961 album, noting the reissue under a different title, is sufficient. If the 1995 album represents rerecording of the selections, then I think a new entry in the discography is appropriate. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tonydwyer2001 (talkcontribs) 20:49, 1 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
