rankings of world cup/canada cup[edit]

tables are inconsistent at best; either list all teams who exited in the same round as the same rank, or rank them as the IIHF does in their encyclopedia. For instance in 2004 it makes no sense to have Sweden ranked 5th and Russia ranked 6th, but then say there is a tie for 3rd.18abruce (talk) 18:17, 1 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
