Merging[edit]
This is actually a tough call - on the one hand this is the same branding and draws notability from the Better Homes and Gardens Brand. However, this is really not part of Better Homes and Gardens - it is a business operated as a standalone business by Realogy (which operates several notable real estate brokerage businesses: Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Sotheby's International Realty, Corcoran). This business licenses the Better Homes and Gardens brand but even without the brand there would still be a brokerage company. I look at Sotheby's International Realty as a close comparable situation.
