Article name[edit]

This article was recently prodded because of "inappropriate article name". For the 6 years I've been on Wikipedia, the "Neighborhood, City, State" convention has been used for the naming of U.S. neighborhood articles. If I have been mistaken, or the convention has changed, please link to the relevant guideline so that I can correct the dozens of Oregon-related articles that are currently using this convention.
