(U) History[edit]

Was this theater known as the RKO Stanley Warner theater circa 1970? At that time, the theater I'm thinking of had a large technicolor screen. It was originally a 1920's era film palace. More info on the history of this venue would be good. Would also be nice to have some exterior and interior photos of the building. Tomcool (talk) 03:35, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Two different theaters[edit]

This article appear to cover two different Stanley theaters. The one built in 1912 was renamed the Stanton. A second Stanley Theater was later built. The article on the architects Hoffman-Henon and its sources (Cinema Treasures for example) maybe be useful in sorting things out properly. Candleabracadabra (talk) 03:01, 31 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Removed invalid external link[edit]

I removed this text with an invalid link after failing to find the file either on Wikimedia Commons or anywhere else on the Internet at large:

Ticket picture at: Frank Zappa - Full Concert - 10/13/78 - Capitol Theatre (OFFICIAL) + ticket

Since the link did nothing, it was merely debris in the article. But I preserve the text here in case the original editor returns to correct the mistake. Cbaile19 (talk) 14:15, 16 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
