I think Belvedere's disticntive architecture should be discussed.

I removed what i thought to be the language that made this sound like an advertisement. Thus the advert tag was removed.

What is the per capita income of Beldevere?[edit]

In the head section, this page states that the per capita income was $250,000 in 2000. In the 2000 demographics section, it says the per capita income was around $113,000. These are very different.
