The Beer Lovers Party is a political party that hardly registers a blip on the notability scale. The article needs some work in tidying up, and needs to get some sources. That the party and it's various forms existed is not in question. That it is notable still needs to be proved. At the moment we have several minor articles on the various versions of the concept, collected under the banner of a previous disambig page, and a category. They could all be discussed on the one page because they are inter-related. The history of one spawns the history and development of the other. Research for the one article can be shared among the different branches. Bringing them together also strengthens the case for keeping in the case of a Afd. - No merge. There are four different parties, with different histories. Yes these parties were blips, but each of them stood elections in its own country, hence were supported by signifiant size of electorate to register, hence the doubt of natability is out of question, and they will easily survive AfD. Information is verifiable. I am reverting your merge, because it is not the same topic: they are not subdivisions of some common "mother" party.. We don't merge Labor Party for different countries, do we? This is a disambiguation pager for parties with the same name, when translated into English. - No merge. The U.S. Library of Congress finds the Polish Beer Lovers Party significant in its 1991 capture of sixteen seats in the Sejm (parliament) from a politically disenchanted populace. Although "it may have started as a prank. But with time, its members developed a serious platform, for which the humorous stated goals of the party--lively political discussion in pubs serving excellent beer--were a symbol of freedom of association and expression, intellectual tolerance, and a higher standard of living."[1] its influence in the elections makes it much more than a "hardly registers a blip" because it is very much notable! — CZmarlin 18:12, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
