@RosPost: It still looks orphaned to me - I do not see links to it from other articles. Also, some of the wikilinks are DAB pages and need to be made specific. Review of stub by Figureskatingfan[edit]

As per @RosPost's request, I'm reviewing this stub. I'm going to do a source review and give comments, suggestions, and feedback.

General comments

I don't understand why the stub template was removed; this most fulfills the definition of a stub, namely, it's too short to provide encyclopedic coverage of a subject. If the issue is reliable sources, well we can talk about it, which I do below. For now, I'm going to put the template back.
The tag at the top of the article states that it has no lead; a lead isn't always necessary for stubs, as per MOS:LEADSTUB. It's also less than 500 words and is less than four paragraphs.
Typically, even for stubs, it's customary to start a bio this way: "Be'sha Blondon (b. date - death date; [you can't include this because none of our current sources state it]) is a is a First Nations' Elder from the Sahtu Region." Then I would go into her occupations and acknowledgements, with the appropriate references. Here's an example of a stub I've worked on recently: Marciana of Mauretania; it's a pretty standard example of a stub bio.
You need a reference for the 2nd sentence in the 1st paragraph.

I suggest looking at all the links you already have and seeing where linking this from other articles is possible. It's not always possible, but it would satisfy the request made above.

1st sentence, 2nd paragraph: You have two refs at the end of this sentence, which is supposed to support the quote. It looks like ref 2 supports the quote. But what does ref 5 support? I don't see anything about 40 years in either source. We need to make sure that our sources support what we say they do.

Source review

I did a semi-extensive google search about Blondin and found lots of sources out there about her, but most of them aren't useful for her WP bio because they're reports about workshops and conferences she's spoken at and very little biographical information about her.
Ref 1: I changed this ref because it leads to a search result. I found the page on the website that supports the statement about Blondin being a speaker.
Ref 2: This source is technically a SPS, but for obscure topics and subjects, sometimes we have to resort to using them. We may have to make a case for it, which is that we need to use it and similar sources (i.e., ) in order for the article, even a stub like this one, to be broad and/or comprehensive. I also think that you could do a better job at mining the source for more content. Here's one example, from the source: "She developed her gifts from the teachings of the Elders and her parents on the east arm of Great Bear Lake." You could paraphrase it in this way: "She was taught by the Dene Elders and her parents, who lived on the eastern Great Bear Lake in the Northwest Territories in Canada." Hopefully, we can find another source that states where Blondin grew up, but unfortunately, this source doesn't explictly state that she is from this area. At any rate, there's more info you can gleam from this source to put into this stub.
Refs 3, 4, 5: More mineable content you could use and again, SPS.
Ref 6: Remember that WP bios aren't the subjects' CVs, so we need to resist the temptation to list every workshop and speaking engagement they have. Plus, a conference program is not a reliable source. I suggest that you remove the ref and the statement that it's supposed to support.
Refs 7, 8: Ref 7 is a link to a specific journal article and ref 8 is a list of journal articles co-written by Blondin, which are not reliable sources. They unfortunately don't state that she co-wrote six articles; to use them to support that statement, they need to say that. I know that it's obvious and that readers are capable of counting the articles, but we shouldn't make any inferences or make connections that aren't explictly stated in the sources we use.
Ref 9: Anderson is the reviewer of the book by Sophie McCall. If Blondin's work is mentioned in the review, or even better, in McCall's book, that could give us valuable info that we could use.
