False information?[edit]

I see no mention of a "Bayside Airport" on the referenced "Abandoned and little known airports of southeastern MA" http://www.airfields-freeman.com/MA/Airfields_MA_SE.htm#bayside/ Also, pictures of this area before the 1942 construction of Beth Hingham show Peter Bradley's polo grounds and race track. NOT an airport or runway. See lower center of this image from DoD / National Archives
