Don't suppose anyone can get a sight of an original Genealogical history of the earldom of Sutherland? Almost everyone seems to rely on Gordon as their main source, and it'd be nice to get the "original" rather than the second-hand versions. On the other hand some people are quite rude about his dates in particular, I'm not sure where the 1406 date comes from but it seems to be well established now. Given that we're talking about two combatants who were pretty much still in the Dark Ages, it's not surprising that hard info is sketchy.
