Notability[edit]

Though I appreciate the work that has gone into this article, I still have to admit strong concerns as to whether or not it's appropriate on Wikipedia. In order to give it a stronger foundation, are there any references which can be added to this article, which (1) verify the information that's in it; and (2) show that the station is in some way notable? Simple links to timetables do not seem sufficient. If no additional references can be located, I recommend that this information be merged into another article, such as about the train link itself, or the community that the station is in. --Elonka 20:39, 3 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Then get a consensus to merge it, and stop trying to unilaterally subvert consensus by the back door. As you've been repeatedly told, there has been no consensus to delete or merge any railway station article since at least 2003. If you want to change that, actually get a consensus to do so. Excuse me? Are you sure you're not confusing me with someone else? --Elonka 07:35, 7 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Er, nope. You are, to my knowledge, the only person pushing that line. Rebecca 01:00, 8 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Indian Pacific stopping here[edit]

I can't find any references that the Indian Pacific stops at Bathurst Station, so I am removing this section of the text until a reference is provided --Whats new? 07:21, 9 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
