Cleanup[edit]

The Background section needs to be re-written, please. Elements are introduced with no logical connection to the previous sentence, nor time context. Connecting phrases need to be added to make the narrative flow and make sense. LordAmeth (talk) 19:31, 5 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
