Paraphyletic???[edit]

Basilosauridae is paraphyletic??? Because some sources say Dorudontinae is closer to modern whales. But I might be wrong.=={667}== (talk) 16:35, 30 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Saghacetus[edit]

Miocene NZ[edit]

I removed the following from the article. I can't find a mention of Miocene NZ. --Fama Clamosa (talk) 13:19, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

...in tropical seas during the late Eocene. However, they might have survived as recently as the early Miocene, as Kekenodon dates from the early Miocene of New Zealand.^[1][Failed verification|date=February 2013]
