I would like to improve on the barrier nursing topic by giving the demographics of a number of nurses infected by patients every year, and also touching on specific instances where infectious diseases from caring for patients. I would also include the history of barrier nursing and when it was officially put into practice. Jalausa (talk) 02:31, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

No, please don't. The bulk of the article should be discarded or merged into Isolation_(health_care), leaving the historical section and little else. And add what you propose there. --2601:643:8680:158F:105A:C383:3C67:4E67 (talk) 18:35, 13 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Nipah virus[edit]

Hello! I reverted a change stating Nipah required strict barrier precautions, as WHO suggests standard + contact/droplet precautions should be used. See http://www.who.int/news-room/fact-sheets/detail/nipah-virus. Basie (talk) 07:16, 25 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
