This should rightly be Barbecued Chicken, right? Like Barbecued Ribs, Barbecued Pork, etc.? In Europe, grilled chicken may include marination in a vinegar and oil mixture, similar to a vinaigrette, which is then grilled and served with a cream sauce.^{[citation needed]}

proper barbecuing of chicken[edit]
