Hotels[edit]

The article describes 3 hotels associated with the school. Since the school has been merged into Stratford University, it is unclear what the relationship is with these hotels. If anyone has additional info, please add it.Dialectric (talk) 00:29, 7 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Stratford University signed a legal agreement with BIC to accommodate all BIC students and to become custodian of all BIC student files and financial information. The remainder of BIC became BIC Educational Foundation and owns the rest of the BIC properties. This included property in Ireland which was sold, as well as 210 S Central, 206 E Redwood, and 17 Commerce in Baltimore City MD. 206 East Redwood was sold to Chesapeake Shakespeare Co, and 210 S. Central was sold to Stratford University 11/26/14. 17 Commerce is currently being leased and will be sold and become a Staybridge Suites sometime in 2016. The two hotels, are Hopkins Inn and Mt Vernon Place in Baltimore City. Mt. Vernon Place was sold 5/29/14. Hopkins Inn is being leased by Johns Hopkins University. Stratford University occupies 210 S Central in Maryland and has other property in Virginia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 38.124.157.94 (talk) 13:58, 7 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
