Schmidthuber or Schmidhuber?[edit]

Well title says it all. I have encountered the name of this particular general most of the times as Schimdhuber, not Schmidthuber (in Kumm's book, for instance). Any opinions on the subject? --Jake V (talk) 18:35, 19 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Patzwall and Scherzer list him on page 411 as "August Schmidhuber" (no t after d); German Cross in Gold on 3 August 1943 as SS-Staf. in the 2. SS-Geb.Jg.Rgt.MisterBee1966 (talk) 06:12, 23 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
