Debut and early feuds (2005–2006)[edit]

She won the $250,000 Diva Search contest which included the $250,000 and a one year contract with WWE

Didn't you just say that the sentence before?

Changed to "Her winnings included $250,000 and a one year contract with WWE." Nikki311 21:24, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Massaro continued to feud with the two Divas who were soon joined by Victoria, who defeated Massaro in her in-ring debut match.

"who were soon joined...who defeated Massaro" sounds like a run-on to me.

Clarified and split in two. Nikki311 21:24, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The pair defeated the trio, who became known as the Ladies in Pink (and later Vince's Devils) on several occasions including at Unforgiven and at WWE Homecoming in a 3-on-2 Bra and Panties match.[

They "became known as the Ladies in Pink...on several occasions"? Do you really mean to say that?

Added some punctuation to clarify. Nikki311 21:24, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As a result, Massaro aligned herself with Hall as they feuded with Michelle McCool and Marshall.

As a result of being a commentator, she aligned herself with Hall?

Fixed. Nikki311 21:24, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

On the August 4 edition of SmackDown!, Massaro broke her knuckle in a match against Marshall.

And then what happened? Recovery news?

Added to the beginning of the next paragraph. Nikki311 21:24, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

London and Kendrick; release (2006–2008)[edit]

Ashley Massaro returned to the ring on the September 8, 2006 edition of SmackDown!

After first mention, you don't need to use her full name. This goes for the other two times you use it later on in the article.

Fixed. Nikki311 21:27, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Surrounding the release of the magazine

This is repeated.

Personal life[edit]

She also has several piercings, including a 'Monroe' and 'Snakebites' on her lips.

Ref?

I can't find anything that says "these are the piercings she has...", but her CBS.com Survivor profile has a picture of the Snakebites, and the pic in the infobox has the Monroe (although it is hard to see unless you click on it). She apparently never wears all three at the same time (which is good, b/c that would be too much!!), which is why I can't find a pic like that to link to. As for a ref, I can site the Snakebites with the CBS profile, but I think the pic is enough for the Monroe. Nikki311 21:51, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
OK, what exactly is a "Monroe" or "Snakebites"? I also think it's rather OR to base this on pictures you've seen. You need an actual reliable source. Noble Story (talkcontributions) 11:07, 23 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The terms are linked to their definitions, but I can explain it in the text to if you think that would be better. Those are the terms used to refer to those types of piercings, it isn't just what she calls them. If I added a source that had the definitions of the terms, would that be sufficient? Nikki311 00:04, 25 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Definitions added and sourced. Nikki311 16:24, 28 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

In wrestling[edit]

What are the refs for all those signature moves and entrance themes? All of them need a ref.

I removed what I couldn't find a ref for. Nikki311 00:19, 23 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The theme song "Light A Fire" by Aiden was never used by Ashley. It was the version by Nuts In A Blender that she used in the ring after the Diva Search. The song by Aiden was only included on WWE: The Music, Vol. 8 and, much like the intended themes for other wrestlers included on that album, it never saw actual use on television or at live events. 76.187.116.129 (talk) 02:29, 12 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Refs[edit]

What makes current refs (CR) 5 and 49 reliable. CR42 doesn't exist. And take a look here, there are lots of dead links. All need to be fixed.

5 is an article from WWE Magazine, but I thought it would be good to add a link (hence the transcript from LordsofPain) so people could read the interview if they wanted. 49 was changed out to a ref from her official fansite (affiliated with her). All the dead links have been fixed. Nikki311 00:24, 23 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. I've either responded or fixed all issues raised. Nikki311 00:25, 23 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

OK, looks like a pass. Noble Story (talkcontributions) 08:27, 6 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

How about the half-dozen references from Askmen.com? This is definitely not a website which meets wikipedia's guidelines. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.83.30.92 (talk) 11:40, 26 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
