For "Ascodesmis nigricans exclusively grew at 24°C instead of 10°C or 37.5°C on plate under artifial condition." Does it mean it only grow on 24°C or around 24°C? It seems confusing.(Also it's artificial). Is it mesophile? Does the growth optimized at 24°C ? For the reference "Effect of incubation temperature on the coprophilous fungal succession", it just showed that Ascodesmis nigricans grows on 24°C but not under 10°C or 37.5°C

I don't quite understand the sentence"Ultrastructure, formation and development of ascospores (primary wall and secondary wall formation, unessential light condition,...)" I also think the ascospores could use the term "ultrastucture". The ascospores are usually 20–40 µm in length it can be seen using a standard optical light microscope.

The asexual stage is not mentioned. It is not able to produce conidia?

Colony growth, the colony color and the medium used for growing the colony should also be described. Does it require certain vitamin to grow?

Some references are citing webcite and online database. The author should primarily use primary and secondary publication.

For the distribution part, I think you could just say world-wide.

Minor point[edit]

As you work up your final article, make sure you place references directly after punctuation with no space. Also do not include spaces between multiple tandem reference tags. This is a very nice fungus. Also, how are the ascospores released? Hint [1]. Medmyco (talk) 19:45, 21 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
