Confusion with father[edit]

There appears to be some sort of confusion going on in the article between Macdonell the Sanskrit Scholar and his father. Our article on David George Ritchie says that "Ritchie married twice. His first marriage was in 1881 to Flora Lindsay, daughter of Col. A. A. Macdonell of Lochgarry, and sister of Professor A. A. Macdonell of Oxford". But this article starts with "7th of Lochgarry, was a noted Sanskrit scholar". Solomon7968 18:41, 4 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Selected Works problems[edit]

The list of selected works has several problems. Firstly, it seems the author's name is spelled incorrectly on several of the texts. Secondly, almost every entry seems to use a different citation style format. The standard citation style on Wikipedia should probably be used. Lastly, it would probably be better if the list were in chronological order. — Parsa talk 16:54, 4 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
