Hi, suggested page edits to the Arrow page to reflect what the business does. Also to correct some inconsistencies I.e. Zach Lewy is not the chair. Business type is private, not public. Suggested words below. Thank you

Arrow Global Group is a European fund manager operating in the non-performing and non-core assets sector. The Group’s principal activities are to identify, acquire, manage and service secured and unsecured loan, real estate and other non-core investment portfolios. It was listed on the London Stock Exchange until it was acquired by TDR Capital in October 2021.

History The business was established as a debt collection business by Zach Lewy in 2005.[2] It was the subject of an initial public offering in October 2013.[3] In April 2015 the company bought Whitestar Asset Solutions and Gesphone - Serviços De Tratamento E Aquisição De Dívidas SA, both Portuguese debt purchasers.[4] In September 2014 it acquired Capquest, another UK debt purchaser.[5] In May 2016 it bought InVesting BV, a Dutch debt purchaser.[6] In August 2017 it announced the acquisition of Mars Capital's Irish mortgage servicing business.[7] In January 2022 it acquired Maslow Capital, a provider of UK real estate development finance.[8] In 2020 Arrow Credit Opportunities 1 was launched with total capital commitments of €1.7bn. Operations

Arrow operates a vertically integrated asset manager with three synergistic businesses.

Fund and Investment Management (FIM) business Arrow’s investment team have a 15-year plus history of investing into non-performing and non-core assets. The Fund and Investment Management business currently has €5.6 billion of funds under management, including its discretionary closed-end ACO 1 fund with €1.7 billion of capital commitments.

Balance Sheet business (BSB) Arrow has undertaken a pivot towards capital-light fund management. Arrow typically co-invests its balance sheet alongside third-party investor funds, managed by the Fund and Investment Management business, on approximately a 25:75% basis.

Asset Management and Servicing (AMS) business Arrow’s pan-European local servicing platform services a significant portion of the assets for both Arrow’s Balance Sheet business and its Fund and Investment Management business, as well as for third-party clients such as other investment managers and banks. Arrow’s owns 18 asset management and servicing platforms across the UK, Ireland, Portugal, Italy and the Netherlands.
