Too Polite to Mention Human Rights Abuses[edit]

Removed the "advert" template. The neutrality of the article may well be questionable (it's not my area of expertise, so I can't really comment) but ad copy it certainly ain't. 81.2.114.214 22:11, 16 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I also removed the flag that indicated that there were not enough sources. Four footnotes for 8 sentences is a pretty high ratio. The problem here is that, when living people are involved in organized crime and human rights abuses, WikiPedia's de facto policy is to just not mention it until they die. (The de jure policy is to strongly deny that actual policy and fall back on an overly conservative libel stance.)
